Why is my VPS in the wrong location? Wrong Geolocation? Wrong IP?

Sometimes the IP block you are on is not geolocated to the proper location, since we lease blocks from other companies. 

This does not mean that your VPS is not in the proper location. This simply means that when a geolocation tool looks up the location of the IP address, it will list the location where the IP was originally registered. If this is an important issue to you, please create a ticket and ask us if we can correct the geolocation for you. We will then forward the request to the datacenter. This may take some time to complete.
